On 20th – 21st October, the University of Alicante hosted the 2nd Transnational Meeting of the Cross-disciplinary Academic Offer under the Erasmus+ programme – CROCODILE project.
During the meeting, it was presented the activities of the University of Alicante’s Permanent University, the Continuous Learning Centre and the Summer School Courses – part of the Extension University Secretariat.
Following the presentation of these activities, the project coordinator took over the floor in order to lead the discussion on the Intellectual Outputs which will have a threefold result:
- Result 1 – International University Educational Offer. Report and Methodology – organisational recommendations
- Result 2 – Good practices in the implementation of transdisciplinary summer schools
- Result 3 – Set of class scenarios with educational materials
Attendees enjoyed a visit to the Campus after the lunch break before addressing the last topics of the meeting focused on management and the next steps in the project implementation.
The meeting was attended by Marian Aleson, Director for the Permanent University, Larissa Timofeeva, Director for the University Extension Secretariat and Raquel Huete, Director for the Continuous Learning Centre, together with members of their teams. In addition to the local attendees, representatives from the project partners University of Silesia (Poland), Vytauto Didziojo University (Lithuania) and Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Bulgaria) attended the meeting.
